More About Caroline

Caroline understands how overwhelming it can feel to navigate life’s challenges—whether it’s managing stress, parenting struggles, or finding your place in the world as a neurodivergent individual. She knows it can be exhausting to constantly feel like you need to “fit in” or meet expectations that don’t match who you truly are.

With warmth, curiosity, and care, Caroline creates a safe and supportive space where children, adolescents, and adults can feel understood and accepted just as they are. She offers neurodivergent-affirming care that celebrates difference rather than seeing it as something to “fix.” Clients often describe her as approachable, compassionate, and easy to connect with.

As an Ontario Certified Teacher with seven years of experience in the public education system, Caroline understands the challenges children, adolescents, and families face within the context of their home and school environments. She has a holistic approach to practice and recognizes the impact of an individual’s environment and the systems to which they belong on their well-being.

Caroline uses a strength-based, person-centred approach and adapts therapy to each client’s needs, drawing on techniques from ACT, CBT, DBT, Play Therapy, and Mindfulness. Her goal is to help clients build self-understanding, self-acceptance, and confidence while moving toward their personal goals.
