Youth and Teen Counselling

Empowering Young Individuals Through Personalized Support

Ages We Work With

Adolescence and early adulthood are times of transformation and growth but can come with unique challenges. Our Youth & Teen Counselling services are tailored for individuals aged 12 to 24 years old. We aim to provide a supportive environment to explore personal issues, manage emotional well-being, and develop coping strategies for a resilient future.

Approaches to Therapy for Youth and Teens

Guiding adolescents through the complexities of growth, our Youth & Teen Counselling services incorporate individualized strategies including cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavior, and family systems therapies. We focus on creating a supportive space that respects the individuality of each teen, often collaborating with family members when beneficial.

Youth Individual Counselling

Geared towards personal empowerment, our individual sessions allow teens to explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe space. Parents may join occasionally if agreed upon.

Sessions offered both in-person and virtually to accommodate your needs.
