About Lauren 

Lauren is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), who is passionate about helping others. Lauren has experience working at the Reach Out Centre for Kids (ROCK) and Danielle's Place in Burlington, Ontario helping youth with disordered eating, eating issues, body image issues and eating disorders. Lauren also has experience working at Pathways Health Centre for Children in Sarnia. 

Lauren strives to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients and offers a gender and identity-affirming practice for individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community. Lauren is passionate and dedicated to supporting people in addressing gender and identity issues and body image and self-esteem issues. Lauren works in a way that allows people to feel validated and empowered to work towards their desired changes.

Lauren specializes in working with people who are dealing with:

  • Self Esteem issues

  • Body Image issues

  • ADHD

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

Monday - 10am- 6pm (In person and online)

Wednesday - 10am- 6pm (In person and online)

Thursday - 10am- 6pm (Online appointments)
