About Tessa Worthy
Tessa has a natural-born passion to help individuals navigate the unavoidable challenges life throws their way. Tessa believes that you are the leader of your life and will go at your pace to help you develop confidence in achieving your goals. Tessa is down to earth, kind, and very understanding. In your conversations together, Tessa strives to make clients feel comfortable and to be themselves. Tessa works with clients from a team based approach and appreciates their honesty and insights into their therapeutic journey. Tessa wants her clients to feel a sense of safety to share whatever is coming up for them (thoughts, feelings, memories,etc).
Tessa is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). Tessa has completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University. Tessa has experience working with adults (18 - 70 years of age) with issues related to stress, anxiety, low mood, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship issues (family, friends, partners).
