Anxiety Counselling

Anxiety is when you feel really worried and uneasy a lot. We help people with Anxiety Counselling. This is for kids (2-12 years old), teenagers (12-19 years old), and grown-ups who want to feel less anxious and better in different parts of life.

If you or your child, are dealing with a lot of worries, find it difficult to stay calm or be calm, feel tired or drained a lot, avoid situations because of how you feel, and /or experience dizziness, shaking, nausea, heart racing or sweating, Anxiety Counselling can help. Whether a doctor has said you have anxiety or you just think worries may be causing problems, we're here to support you.
