Low Cost Counselling Program

At Sarah Terwilligar & Associates - Counselling & Psychotherapy we understand how money can be a big barrier to not being able to get the help you need or want. We wholeheartedly believe in having affordable counselling for everyone. This is why we have a low-cost counselling program and offer reduced rates or discounted counselling for those in need or those who may not be able to afford counselling at the regular rate.

 

These counselling sessions are provided by one of our intern associate counsellors. Our intern associate counsellors have previous experience in providing counselling to others, are very knowledgeable therapists and all hold a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) license with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Our intern associate counsellors receive supervision from Sarah Terwilligar, R.N., R.P. and are covered by insurance companies that cover counselling/ psychotherapy for Registered Psychotherapists.

Our low-cost counselling program offers counselling sessions starting at $110 per session plus HST. However, if you need a lower rate per session, please email us and together we will find a rate that you can afford for each session.
