Being a youth or teenager can be incredibly hard. There is so much to navigate - life, decisions, school, family, pressure, expectations, and so much more. If you are a teenager or parent of a teenager, we are here to help. Counselling can help with these difficulties and problems.
A youth or teenager is considered someone between the ages of 12 to 24 years old.

Counselling
This looks like the youth/ teen coming to counselling by themselves with the counsellor. Parents may come to counselling sessions if the youth/ teen is okay with this from time to time.

Family Counselling
This looks like a youth/ teen attending counselling with one member of their family, sibling, or parents. This may involve having some sessions with the youth/ teen alone and some with parents/ siblings alone
