About Audrey
Audrey specializes in working with youth and young adults struggling to manage their emotions alongside experiencing a disordered relationship with food, body image, self-esteem, and identity. She brings a trauma-informed perspective to her practice, valuing collaboration, transparency, consent, and choice. Her focus is on your strengths and desired outcomes.
In the office, Audrey offers a non-judgmental space for clients and offers a gender and identity-affirming practice for individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community. Audrey is passionate and dedicated to supporting you believing in an individualized and integrative treatment approach drawing from Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) while incorporating art therapy to be flexible to your communication style and mindfulness to re-connect with your body.
While encouraging the practice of self-compassion in your healing journey, Audrey, herself practices journaling, painting, and having fun. She to prioritizes a healthy relationship and mindset with food and her body. She loves being in nature; spending time walking, biking, and stretching but also watching reality tv with her friends or kitties (also named after food).
