More About Julie

Life can feel exhausting when anxiety takes over, whether that shows up during pregnancy and new motherhood, in the pressure of school, work, or everyday responsibilities, or as panic that catches you off guard. You might notice racing thoughts, constant worry, or a sense that you can never fully relax. If you’re also carrying grief or moving through a difficult life change, it can feel like there’s no space left just for you. You don’t have to carry all of this on your own.

Julie offers a calm, supportive space where women can slow down and be truly heard. She works with women navigating anxiety, panic, social anxiety, grief, school-related pressure, the overwhelm that can come with pregnancy and new motherhood, and the difficult changes and everyday stress that life can bring. Together, you’ll begin to understand what’s happening for you, build coping tools that actually fit your life, and feel steadier, one step at a time.

Julie uses a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach, especially for anxiety and panic, while also drawing on Narrative Therapy and mindfulness to tailor sessions to your unique needs and pace. With over a decade of experience in the public sector and five years in mental health, she brings both insight and compassion to her work, and is dedicated to walking alongside you as you find clarity, confidence, and a greater sense of steadiness in your life.

If you’re thinking about starting therapy, you can book a free phone consultation with Julie to see if she feels like the right fit for you.
