More About Ally

When life feels overwhelming, it’s easy to lose touch with who you are. You might be moving through your days on autopilot—burned out, anxious, constantly questioning your worth, or struggling to quiet the voice that says you’re not enough. If any of this feels familiar, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

Ally is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Certified Breathwork Facilitator who supports youth, young adults, university students, and adults navigating stress, burnout, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, and emotional overwhelm. Many of her clients come to therapy feeling exhausted from trying to keep it all together, unsure of how to process the past or how to feel at peace in the present. Ally creates a compassionate space where clients can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and begin to heal at their own pace.

Ally brings a grounded, integrative approach that blends traditional talk therapy with somatic practices like breathwork and mindfulness. Her style is warm, collaborative, and gently challenging—inviting clients to explore how past experiences may still be shaping their thoughts, relationships, and sense of self today. She helps clients get curious about the different “parts” within them, uncovering how each one has worked hard to protect or serve them in some way, even when those strategies no longer feel helpful.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, school issues, body image issues, or unresolved trauma, Ally helps you build a deeper understanding of your inner world so you can begin to show up more fully in your outer one. Her clients often describe feeling lighter, more self-aware, and more confident in setting boundaries and prioritizing their well-being.

Therapy with Ally isn’t about fixing you—it’s about coming home to yourself. She believes that healing doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time, and brings a sense of lightness and humour into the work, making space for both tears and laughter. You’ll find a steady, supportive guide in Ally—someone who sees your potential even when you don’t, and who’s committed to walking beside you as you grow into the version of yourself you’re meant to be.
