More About Kia

Life can feel overwhelming at times—especially when you’re stuck in your head, battling a harsh inner critic, feeling disconnected from others, or carrying emotional pain that’s hard to put into words. Maybe you’ve been told you’re “too sensitive” or feel like no one really sees the real you. If you’re navigating anxiety, self-doubt, loneliness, or relationship struggles, please know you don’t have to do it alone.

Clients often tell me they feel safe, seen, and truly heard in our sessions—sometimes for the first time. I believe that a strong, trusting relationship is the foundation for healing, and I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion into every conversation. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s getting in the way and work toward meaningful change—whether that means setting healthier boundaries, quieting your inner critic, or simply finding moments of relief and self-connection.

Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating—it can be a place of hope, growth, and even lightness. If you’re feeling ready, or even just wondering if this might help, I’d be honoured to connect and support you in moving toward the life you want.
