Life comes with transitions—some expected, others sudden—and even the most resilient people can find themselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next step. Whether you’re navigating big changes, managing anxiety, working through family conflict, or simply trying to make sense of where you are in life, Chandra is here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care.
Chandra is a Registered Psychotherapist and Early Childhood Educator who offers virtual counselling for children (9+), youth, adults, and seniors across Ontario. With over 18 years of experience supporting individuals and families, Chandra brings a grounded, nurturing presence to her sessions. She is especially skilled at helping clients feel safe and seen, no matter their age or stage of life.
Clients often come to Chandra during times of transition—parenting struggles, divorce, career changes, retirement, or identity shifts. Many are facing high stress, anger, sadness, or emotional overload. Chandra’s calming, client-centred approach helps clients pause, reflect, and reconnect with their strengths. She meets each client where they are, helping them build coping tools, reduce emotional overwhelm, and create sustainable, meaningful change.
Chandra draws from a variety of modalities, including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Strength-Based approaches. Her work is informed by attachment theory and a deep understanding of human development across the lifespan. She tailors each session to the person in front of her, focusing not just on what’s hard right now, but on what’s possible moving forward.
Whether you’re a young person struggling with emotions you don’t yet understand, a parent feeling the weight of it all, or someone entering a new life chapter and seeking clarity, Chandra creates a warm and welcoming space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered.
With Chandra, therapy is a space to take a breath, gather your thoughts, and begin again—with more confidence, self-compassion, and direction than before.
