Life can feel like a constant balancing act, trying to do well in school, keep up with friends, and still feel good about yourself. Maybe your mind feels like it’s always racing, or you can’t seem to quiet the self-critical voice that tells you you’re not enough. You might spend hours worrying about how you look, replaying conversations, or trying to meet everyone’s expectations while secretly feeling drained and unsure of who you are. It can be hard to know where to start when everything feels overwhelming.
Hannah offers a calm, supportive space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. She helps teens and young adults understand their thoughts and emotions, manage anxiety, and build a stronger sense of self. Her approach is compassionate and collaborative—meeting you where you are, exploring what matters most, and helping you take small, meaningful steps toward feeling more grounded and confident. Clients often leave sessions feeling lighter, more self-aware, and equipped with practical ways to cope when things feel tough.
Drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy, Hannah helps clients make sense of their emotions, quiet their inner critic, and develop a more caring relationship with themselves. She brings warmth, patience, and playfulness to her work, creating an environment where clients feel truly heard and safe to be themselves.
Clients often describe Hannah as nurturing and easy to talk to, someone who helps them see therapy in a new light. She believes healing happens through connection and self-compassion, and she feels deeply honoured to walk alongside her clients as they learn to care for themselves with greater acceptance and confidence.
You don’t have to face these challenges alone. If you’re ready to begin feeling more at peace in your mind and body, Hannah would be honoured to support you on your journey.
