When your relationship with food, your body, or your mental health starts to feel like it’s taking over your life, it can be hard to know where to turn. Maybe you’re exhausted from the constant inner battle, unsure how to quiet the self-critical thoughts, or overwhelmed by anxiety and uncertainty. If this resonates, you’re not alone—and Jenna is here to support you in finding clarity, calm, and a renewed sense of self.
Jenna is a Registered Psychotherapist based in Ottawa, Ontario, offering in-person and virtual therapy for youth (13+) and adults. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, self-esteem issues, disordered eating, and neurodivergent identities, with a special focus on clients whose emotional well-being is deeply connected to their relationship with food and body image. Clients often describe Jenna as someone who helps them feel safe to explore their pain without fear of judgment, because she truly gets it.
Jenna’s journey into therapy was shaped by her own lived experiences with mental health challenges and an obsessive relationship with food. Her curiosity about the human mind, paired with a deep desire to support others, eventually led her to pursue a Master’s in Counselling and Spirituality from Saint Paul University. This unique program enriched her approach with a deep appreciation for the emotional, psychological, and spiritual layers of healing. Today, she brings that same depth and compassion to her work with every client, offering therapy that honours all parts of who you are.
In sessions, Jenna creates a space where nothing has to be hidden or explained away. She blends evidence-based practices like CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness with a humanistic, culturally sensitive lens, tailoring each session to meet your needs, your beliefs, and your pace. Whether you’re working through the impact of an eating disorder, navigating anxiety, or seeking greater self-acceptance, Jenna will meet you with warmth, curiosity, and care.
Her mission is simple but powerful: to be the kind of therapist she wishes she had when she needed support the most. You don’t have to carry the weight alone—Jenna is here to help you make sense of your experience, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward healing with more self-compassion and clarity than before.
