More About Julie

Life can feel especially heavy when you’re living with depression, carrying the weight of abuse, or moving through painful life changes. You might be questioning your worth, feeling trapped in unhealthy patterns, or struggling to rebuild after trauma. It can be exhausting to keep going when inside you feel worn down, hopeless, or invisible.

Julie offers a calm, compassionate space where your story will be heard without judgment. She specializes in supporting women who have experienced domestic violence, sexual abuse or assault, low self-esteem, or overwhelming transitions. With warmth and empathy, she helps clients make sense of their experiences, strengthen their sense of self, and take steps toward healing and growth.

Drawing from Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Julie tailors her approach to each person’s needs and pace. Her background includes over a decade in the public sector, nearly four years as a mental health practitioner, and advocacy work that has created meaningful change for survivors of sexual violence. She is dedicated to walking alongside you as you find clarity, strength, and hope for the future.

If you’re ready to begin healing and reconnect with your sense of self, book a free phone consultation with Julie to see if she’s the right fit for you.
