More About Olga

Olga believes that healing begins with a genuine human connection. She approaches each client as a whole and complex individual—not a diagnosis or set of problems—and brings deep warmth, curiosity, and compassion into her work. Known for her creativity and adaptability, she creates a safe space where clients feel seen, valued, and empowered to take the lead in their healing journey.

Her therapeutic style blends evidence-based approaches like EMDR, ACT, DBT, and CBT with mindfulness and expressive arts, tailoring each session to the client’s needs and goals. Olga sees therapy as a collaborative process, where clients are always in the driver’s seat and supported with tools, insight, and perspective to find their own path forward.

In her work, Olga has had the honour of guiding survivors of severe and prolonged childhood abuse as they move from living in survival mode—facing depression, flashbacks, and hypervigilance—toward safety, healing, and fulfillment. She is deeply committed to helping people move from overwhelm and pain toward resilience, clarity, and hope.

Colleagues and clients alike describe her as warm, compassionate, and deeply committed to walking alongside people through life’s most difficult challenges. As both a professional and a person, Olga brings lived experience that adds depth to her work. She is passionate about creativity and healing, often weaving photography, visual journaling, mosaics, and jewelry-making into therapy for clients who wish to explore expressive arts.

Olga considers it a privilege to walk alongside individuals as they rediscover hope, strength, and a renewed sense of self.
