You might find yourself overthinking everything, replaying conversations, or constantly wondering if you said the “wrong” thing. Maybe you’re feeling anxious in your relationships, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to break. It can feel exhausting trying to hold it all together while also feeling unsure of yourself underneath it all.
Natasha offers a warm, supportive space where you can slow things down and start to understand what’s really going on. She takes the time to get to know you first, building a strong, trusting relationship so therapy feels comfortable and not overwhelming. Her approach is
collaborative and tailored to you, meaning you won’t be pushed into anything that doesn’t feel right.
Natasha draws from a range of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Natasha focuses on helping you better understand your thoughts and emotions, develop coping tools, and feel more confident in how you navigate your relationships and daily life. She also checks in regularly to make sure therapy is working for you and adjusts as needed.
Many of the clients Natasha works with are trying to manage anxiety, relationship stress, or feelings of self-doubt, and over time begin to feel more grounded, clear, and confident in themselves. She also supports clients who are navigating grief and loss, including unexpected or complicated loss, and provides a steady space to process and heal at your own pace.
Natasha is known for being kind, patient, and genuine. She brings a calm and non-judgmental presence to each session, while also being honest and direct when it’s helpful. She believes you are the expert in your own life and works alongside you to help you move toward the changes you’re looking for.
It is a privilege for Natasha to support clients as they work through challenges and begin to feel more like themselves again.
