More About Rachelle

If you’re constantly overthinking, putting pressure on yourself, or feeling like you should be handling things better than you are, it can be exhausting. Maybe you’re working hard to keep up at school, in your relationships, or with everything expected of you, but inside you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of yourself. Rachelle understands how hard it can be when the pressure you’re carrying starts to affect how you feel about yourself and the people around you.

Rachelle works with teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, stress, perfectionism, school pressure, relationship challenges, or changes in their lives. She is especially drawn to supporting people who expect a lot from themselves, spend a lot of time overthinking, or keep finding themselves in the same situations without really knowing why.

Rachelle balances deeper exploration with practical support. Together, you might notice a pattern that keeps showing up, trace it back to where it may have started, and practise a different way of responding. Her approach draws from person-centred, cognitive, and insight-oriented therapies, with reflection paired with practical strategies you can use between sessions.

Therapy with Rachelle is a chance to step away from the pressure to always have the answer and get curious about what’s really going on. As you start to understand yourself and the things that have been keeping you stuck, it can become easier to respond differently. Rachelle can help you find ways to handle what feels overwhelming, trust yourself more, and make choices that feel right for you, instead of always feeling pulled by what you think you should be doing.
