Sarah is a Registered Psychotherapist, R.P.(Q), who has been working in the mental health and addiction field for the past 6 years in both residential (treatment centres/ hospital programs) and community settings. 

Sarah uses an empathetic and non-judgmental approach to create a space for clients to feel safe being open and vulnerable. Sarah is passionate about supporting people in addressing the struggles of addiction and mental health in a way that allows people to feel validated and empowered to work towards their desired changes.

Sarah specializes in working with people who are dealing with:


  • Substance Use

  • Behavioural Addictions

    • hypersexuality (compulsive sexual behaviours, urges that are difficult to control) 

    • pornography use

    • problem gambling

    • technology/video game use

    • overspending

Sarah commonly works with problems such as:

  • Major Depressive Disorder.
